Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your SAĒD pieces. If something isn’t right, we can help.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
How to start a return
Start a return through our portal (link) or email hello@saedwear.com with your order number. If you use our prepaid label, a $6.50 return-label fee is deducted from refunds to the original payment method. If you ship the item back using your own label, no fee is deducted.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you want and return the original item for a refund. If you choose store credit for your return, we waive the label fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for your bank to post the credit.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are charged at checkout and ship by the date shown on the product page. You may cancel any time before shipment for a full refund. If a ship date changes, we will email options to accept the new date or cancel for a full refund.
Final sale and non-returnable items
Final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Items returned worn, washed, stained, or without original packaging/tags may be refused or issued a partial refund.
Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, email hello@saedwear.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. For verified defects, SAĒD covers return shipping and provides a replacement or refund.
Address issues and refused packages
Packages returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address or refused delivery can be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus original shipping once received back in good condition.
Policy abuse
We review return activity to prevent abuse and may refuse service where behavior violates this policy.
