Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States (including PO Boxes and APO/FPO). International shipping is coming soon.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders with expedited shipping placed by 12:00 p.m. ET are prioritized for same-day or next-business-day fulfillment.
Rates (U.S.)
• Free shipping on orders $100+
• Flat $5.95 for orders under $100
• Expedited (2-day): $14.95
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship by the date shown on the product page. If there’s a delay, we’ll email you with options to accept the new date or cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Orders in the same purchase may ship separately to arrive faster.
Addresses & delivery issues
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute packages once they’re in transit. Packages returned due to an undeliverable address can be reshipped (postage may apply) or refunded minus original shipping after the item is received back in good condition.
PO Boxes / APO / FPO
Delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO is supported; please allow additional transit time.
Carrier delays & loss
Carrier delays (weather, volume, events) are outside our control. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, contact the carrier first, then email us within 7 days at hello@saedwear.com
